Hilary Totah was the principal of the British School of Shiatsu-Do (BSS-Do), London, from 1999 to 2004. She began her Shiatsu studies in 1981 and has worked extensively with many international teachers, including Ohashi, Pauline Sazaki and Saul Goodman. She was one of the first teachers at the BSS-Do when it was founded in 1983 and has had a busy Shiatsu practice for many years. She has also studied movement, dance and bioenergetics and has practised yoga for over 25 years. Her inspiration is the unfolding wonder that is the human body and its amazing capacity for change and healing.
