Roger Lampen is a successful businessman, having been managing director of the Lampen Group and Lampen Associates. Also and actively involved in the non-profit sector, he was the founding Chairperson of the Auckland Performing Arts School Trust and the Northern Region of the Life Education Trust, an organisation providing drug and alcohol education to primary school children. Roger and his wife are also the trustees of the Fledgling Trust, which supports and initiates youth development programmes through performing arts groups.
